Responsibilities of Lead Members and Linked Members
Every person who signs the membership application will be individually responsible under this agreement. This means:
-
If we are instructed to make changes to the membership (including ending it), we will accept this as authorized by you.
-
You will be responsible for paying all relevant membership fees for yourself and any linked members.
-
You will also be responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred by using services not covered by the membership category.
These rules also apply to anyone who applies online. All terms and conditions of membership apply to you unless otherwise stated.
You must comply with the rules and regulations set out in Part B.
Notice
Memberships are calculated in full calendar months. The following rules apply:
-
If you give notice during a month, we will treat it as received on the first day of the following month. The notice period will then begin from that day.
-
For example, if you need to provide one month’s notice to end your membership and we receive notice on 21 May, your notice will start on 1 June and your membership will end on 30 June. You will also pay one more direct debit on 1 June.
-
-
If notice is provided on or before the 4th of a month, we will treat it as received on the 1st of that month.
Your membership will continue indefinitely until you provide at least 30 days' written notice.
Starting Your Membership
-
A fee for player kits will be required when joining.
-
Partial membership fees are due on the day you start your membership and will cover that month. Subsequent payments will be charged on the 1st of each month (e.g., if you start on 12 February, your next payment will be on 1 March).
-
Payments must be made via direct debit unless agreed otherwise.
Ending Your Membership
-
Membership fees must be paid until the end of your notice period.
-
You must not enter any sessions once your membership has ended.
Year-Round Membership and Rolling Memberships
-
London XI operates 12 months a year, providing continuous access to facilities and benefits.
-
Memberships are rolling, meaning you can join at any time, with membership active for a full year from the enrolment date.
Credits and Carryover
-
Unused services or sessions cannot be carried over to the following period.
-
Members are encouraged to plan their usage to make the most of their membership.
Membership Payment and Non-Payment
-
Memberships must remain up-to-date to ensure uninterrupted access to programs.
-
Canceling due to non-payment will forfeit any associated discounts or benefits. Rejoining will require payment of the joining fee.
